Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted, and you can only submit a return application after receiving the package.

How to Qualify for a Return
To send an item back, please make sure it meets these easy criteria:

Please keep the original packaging intact. We love our boxes, and they need to come home with us too!

Refund Methods & Exact Timeline
We provide transparent refund methods and a fixed refund schedule for both cancelled orders and returned items:
1. Refund Payment Method
All refunds (for cancelled orders and approved returns) will be issued exclusively via the original payment method you used to complete the order, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and other official payment channels. We do not support third-party transfer refunds or other alternative payment methods.
2. Detailed Refund Timeline

Cancelled Orders: After your cancellation request is approved by our team, we will launch the refund within 2 business days. Funds will arrive in your payment account within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing rules.

Returned Items: Once we receive and inspect your returned item and approve your return application: we will initiate the refund within1 business day. In most cases, refunds will be credited to your account in 7–10 business days; the maximum processing period will not exceed 14 calendar days as stipulated by industry regulations.
